The Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission will allow a limited number of in-person hearings starting Aug.1, but parties must wear face coverings and stay more than 6 feet apart.
Hearings should continue to be held online through Microsoft Teams video conferencing, but commissioners may schedule in-person proceedings if a teleconference is not appropriate, the commission chairman said in a bulletin.
