ODG Formulary Bill Stalls in Senate; Sponsor Vows Return Next Session

A bill that would have established an Official Disability Guidelines formulary ran out of time and failed to attract the support of a Louisiana Senate committee, its sponsor said Monday. “We just didn’t have the votes. Plus, I still think the governor would have vetoed it,” said Rep. Kirk Talbot, R-River Ridge.
