The Department of Workers' Compensation issued a new regulation, section 10124.1, which sets forth new standards for determining vocational feasibility by a Qualified Rehabilitation Representative.
In addition to setting forth suggested steps for the QRR to take in determining vocational feasibility, the QRR must prepare an RU-120 prior to completing an RU-102. The QRR must also follow up with an RU-121.
