WCD Updates Hospital Fee Schedule, Rating and Prescription Forms

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced updated hospital reimbursement rates, impairment rating forms and forms providers must use to justify certain high-cost prescriptions. The division on Tuesday issued Bulletin No. 361 to provide the form that medical services providers must use for certain prescriptions written before April 1.
