The New York Workers' Compensation Board has temporarily suspended the deadline for compliance with its drug formulary on prescription refills.
The board required new prescriptions to comply with its intricate formulary starting last December and for refills to start complying in June. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the refill compliance deadline was pushed back to January.
