Feb. 18 Memorial Service Scheduled for Former Long Beach PJ Rebeck

Joseph P. Rebeck, former presiding judge for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in Long Beach, died Dec. 17 at the age of 88. He died in his sleep at his home in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, next to his beloved wife and his nearby close family members. Rebeck earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in 1956 before graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
