TDI Adopts Revisions to Retrospective Rating Plan Manual, Vaccine Codes

The Texas Department of Insurance on Thursday adopted amendments to the National Council on Compensation Insurance Retrospective Rating Plan Manual for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. At the same time, the department adopted NCCI’s amendments to the Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance to identify claims for adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines.
