Delaware Receiver Moves to Put Ullico Into Liquidation

By David Dankwa, Senior ReporterThe court-appointed receiver of Ullico Casualty Co. has filed a petition with the court to place the insurance company into liquidation. The petition was filed May 16 at the Delaware Chancery Court, a representative of the Delaware Specialty Deputy Receiver’s office told WorkCompCentral.
