Interpreters Take Issue with Fee Levels, "Provisional" Certification in DWC Fee Schedule

In the first round of public input for its proposed interpreter fee schedule, the Division of Workers’ Compensation has found very little support amid a lot of complaints. The fee schedule is one of the last mandatory pieces of Senate Bill 863 the DWC is looking to put in place, along with a fee schedule for home health care services.
