Arbitrator Evaluations Due April 30

The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that 2022 arbitrator evaluator surveys are due by April 30. Arbitrators will be assessed on their integrity and ethical conduct, impartiality, experience, knowledge, temperament, efficiency and objectivity. “Arbitrators are to be rated only on the basis of your personal knowledge,” the form states. “It is possible that you will not be able to rate all of the arbitrators or answer all of the questions for each arbitrator on the evaluation form.” The surveys can be sent by email to Bob.Devereaux@illinois.gov...
