Sedgwick Hires VP of Inclusion and Social Responsibility

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. has hired Ericka DeBruce to serve as the company’s vice president of engagement, inclusion and social responsibility. DeBruce will focus on initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, workplace culture, and community engagement. Before joining Sedgwick, DeBruce was most recently global diversity and inclusion manager for International Paper.
