Committee Passes Bills to Create Good-Faith Obligation, Allow 911 Operators to Claim PTSD

A policy committee in the Washington state House of Representatives passed a bill that would allow 911 dispatchers to file mental stress claims, and another measure that would increase employer penalties and creates an obligation to engage in fair conduct when handling claims.
