No Additional Compensation for Assembly Line Worker With Knee Injuries

A Delaware Superior Court judge upheld a denial of additional compensation to an assembly line worker who suffered two knee injuries but was able to return to full-time work. Maria Pena Gonzalez worked for Perdue Farms Inc. on an assembly line. On March 15, 2017, Gonzalez was struck by a co-worker's car in the Perdue parking lot.
