WCIRB Starts Issuing Its 2013 X-Mods

The Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau announced that it started to issue 2013 experience modifications last Tuesday.The bureau issued its first 2013 experience modifications on Tuesday, Dec. 4, and posted them on the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau website for insurers, licensed agents and brokers.
