The federal work safety agency announced that it has cited a Nebraska grain-handling company for failing to protect workers from getting trapped in a bin.
On May 4, inspectors from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration responded to reports of a worker partially entrapped in a grain bin at Farmers Cooperative in Dorchester.
