Wife of Trucking Magnate Charged in Fraud Scheme

The Texas Department of Insurance announced that the wife of a San Antonio trucking magnate was indicted on charges of concealing payroll information to avoid more than $9 million in workers’ compensation premiums. Francis Hall, the former co-owner of Bill Hall Jr. Trucking, turned herself into Bexar County authorities, the department said.
