WCS Schedules Training on Rating Exams

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section is holding a training class covering how to properly request an evaluation to determine the extent of an injured worker’s physical impairment. The three-hour training class is titled, “Delving into the D-35,” a reference to the D-35 form that carriers fill out to request an impairment rating evaluation. The WCS said the class will include an overview of the D-35 process, including how to accurately complete the request form, and common errors to avoid.
