Worker Gets Summary Judgment on Claim for Fall

In two related opinions, a New York appellate court ruled that a worker should have been granted summary judgment on his Labor Law claim for injuries he received while waiting for an elevator but that the third-party defendants were not entitled to summary judgment on the claims against them.
