I had the privilege of testifying for the Nebraska Business & Labor Committee on Feb. 8 on Legislative Bill 1005, which would require the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court to adopt an evidence-based drug formulary. Mark, I totally agree that the education that takes place with the prescribing physician as part of a review will positively impact the physician's entire practice. Every positive will begin to make an overall impact on this issue, and all efforts are worthwhile. Thank you for your efforts!
