Business Owner Owes BWC $100,000 for Fraud

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that a man who failed to disclose he was the owner of a company while receiving temporary disability benefits was ordered to pay $100,000 in restitution. Thomas Tomson started a new business, Bulldog Services, where he worked and received income while collecting permanent total disability benefits, the BWC said.
