WCD Holds Workers' Benefit Fund Assessment at 2.2 Cents

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced that the Workers’ Benefit Fund assessment will remain at 2.2 cents per hour worked in 2022. The WCD on Tuesday published final rules providing detailed instructions for calculating the WBF assessment. The Workers’ Benefit Fund pays for return-to-work programs and finances cost-of-living increases for people with permanent and total disabilities.
