DWC Posts List of Entities Holding Stayed Liens as Ordered

The Division of Workers' Compensation on Monday complied with a federal court order by posting to its website a list of entities it believes have filed liens on behalf of criminally charged providers. U.S. District Court Judge George H. Wu on Friday signed the order that will remain in effect while a group of claimants pursue a constitutional challenge to the lien stay provisions in Senate Bill 1160.
