A bill that would allow Colorado workers to be compensated for post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental impairments is heading to the desk of Gov. John Hickenlooper.
The Senate on April 19 voted 28-6 to pass House Bill 1229, by Rep. Jonathan Singer, D-Boulder. The House of Representatives passed the bill 52-11 on March 27.
