Another Month, Another Hearing on Bill Review and Dispute Rules

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has scheduled another hearing and workshop to discuss potential changes to rules for reimbursement disputes and insurer authorization. Some stakeholders have said the rulemaking process has taken an unusually long time and has required more hearings than normal.
