DWC Adjusts Inpatient Hospital Section of Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted an adjustment to the inpatient hospital section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to changes to the Medicare payment system. The division’s order adopts provisions of the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Acute Inpatient Prospective Payment System FY 2022 final rule of Aug. 13 and the Oct. 20 amendment.
