Widow's Labor Law Claims for Worker's Fatal Electric Shock Injuries Partially Reinstated

A New York appellate court revived a widow’s Labor Law claims for her husband’s fatal electrical injuries. Bridgestreet Corporate Housing LLC was a tenant and building manager of a 36-story, 110-unit residential building located at 47 East 34th Street in Manhattan. Bridgestreet held a master lease for all of the residential units and was in the business of providing temporary luxury housing for employees of corporate clients.
