Paramount Acquires The Health Plan's Comp Divisions

Paramount Health Care has acquired The Health Plan’s managed workers’ compensation program and its workers’ comp third-party administrator service. The companies expect to finalize the deal this week. Terms were not disclosed. Paramount’s Health Management Solutions is Ohio’s fifth largest workers’ compensation managed care organization.
