New York has announced a new pilot program that enables electronic access to important claims files from
remote locations for attorneys and licensed representatives that work on behalf of claimants and
insurers.
The test program, called 'eCASE', is being conducted with the cooperation of the State Insurance Fund's
Binghamton Office and a number of private sector law firms across the state. Board Chairman Robert R.
