Worker Fails to Prove Entitlement to Additional Benefits

The Mississippi Court of Appeals ruled that a worker is not entitled to the permanent disability benefits and additional medical treatment he had requested, and that he was properly barred from depositing his treating doctor.  Case: Mabus v.
