A federal judge for a second time denied Michael D. Drobot’s request for compassionate release over his concerns about COVID-19 and conditions at the Southern California jail where he's being held.
U.S. District Judge Josephine L. Staton on Tuesday said the circumstances that led her to conclude Drobot was a danger to the community in July 2020 have not changed.
