A New York appellate court upheld the dismissal of a worker’s claims against a property owner for alleged injuries from clearing downed trees. Case: Campanello v. Cinquemani, No. 2017-08650, 01/15/2020, published. Facts: Gesualdo Campanello allegedly suffered injuries while removing trees at a property owned by Joseph Cinquemani.
