Uncertainty Rules Comp Market Following Judge's Ruling

A lower court decision last week voiding a 14.5% rate increase and declaring that NCCI and Florida regulators held secret, unlawful deliberations raises more questions than it answers, the state's top workers' compensation judge said Monday. The National Council on Compensation Insurance said it will appeal the ruling by Leon County Circuit Court Judge Karen Gievers.
