NJCRIB Puts Mandatory Email Requirement on Hold

The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau said it’s putting a hold on plans to mandate that all Workers' Compensation Policy Reporting Specifications system transactions include the email addresses of insureds and agents or brokers.
