Industrial Commission Publishes Strategic Plan for 2018

As part of administering the state’s workers’ compensation system, the Idaho Industrial Commission said it will focus on timely dispute resolution and technological improvements over the next four years. The commission said in its strategic plan for fiscal years 2018 through 2021 that it set a benchmark for issuing decisions within 60 days of the time a workers’ compensation case is fully submitted.
