A Republican lawmaker has indicated he hopes to oust many of former Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon's administrative law judge appointees, Kansas City Star politics writer Steve Kraske reports.
Nixon appointed nine administrative law judges in his last three months in office. A proposal by Sen. Dan Brown, R-Rolla, would terminate all of those judges, plus three others Nixon appointed within the past four years.
