The number of independent medical review decision letters issued in the first half of 2020 was down by 17.6% compared to the same period in 2019, the California Workers’ Compensation Institute reported Friday.
The institute said it counted 70,273 IMR decision letters that were issued in the first six months of the year, compared to 85,318 in the first six months of last year.
