DWC Proposes Revisions to Fraud Notice Rules

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation is holding a workshop on Aug. 3 to hear comments about proposed rules relating to fraud notices. All employers in Florida are required to post a work comp notice and anti-fraud reward program notice. The DWC prescribes the form of the notices and requires carriers to provide them to policyholders.
