WCIRB: Payroll Exclusion Rule, COVID-19 Shutdown Don't Negate Physical Audit Requirements

Physical audit requirements are not being waived because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California said Tuesday during an online presentation meant to clarify a payroll exclusion rule.
