BWC Announces Three Convicted for Double Dipping

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that three people convicted of working while receiving benefits were ordered to pay more than $44,000 in combined restitution. Crystal Posey was ordered to pay $30,278 after pleading guilty to one count of work comp fraud. The BWC said Posey worked as an office manager for a chiropractic clinic while receiving work comp benefits.
