A policy committee of the Colorado House of Representatives killed a bill that would have required carriers to revise an employer's experience modification factor to reflect the actual dollar amount paid for a closed claim rather than what was reserved prior to the closure of the claim.The House Committee on Business, Labor, Economic and Workforce Development voted 8-2 on Feb. 27 to postpone indefinitely action on House Bill 1091.
