DWC Adopts 2022 Research Agenda

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has adopted its fiscal year 2022 research agenda for the Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group, the agency said. The agenda includes an order to complete and publish the 16th edition of the Workers’ Compensation Health Care Network Report Card required under state insurance and labor laws.  The agenda also calls for an update to the 2020 biennial study to estimate employer participation in the state’s comp system.
