The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission has unveiled a new website as the first phase of its years-long effort to modernize and ultimately replace paper with an online portal for filing claims and judicial forms.
The website replaces a rudimentary online home page that forced stakeholders to use a search engine to navigate. The new home page has six prominent buttons to direct stakeholders to the most sought-after information, the agency said.
