WC Board Set to Enforce 'Nominal' Penalties for Late Payments and Reports

Six years after lawmakers amended the Indiana Code to access civil penalties against noncompliant carriers, the Workers’ Compensation Board announced on Monday that it “is set to formally begin its enforcement protocol” for late filing of forms and payment of benefits.
