Additional Conference Called to Discuss Lien Stay Injunction

U.S. District Court Judge George H. Wu scheduled another conference to discuss language for the preliminary injunction that he said in October he would issue to prohibit the Division of Workers’ Compensation from staying liens before notifying claimants of the freeze through its website. Minutes from a Nov. 21 status conference say Wu has “further concerns about the language proposed by both parties” that he would like to discuss Thursday.
