Reimbursement Rule Changes Proposed

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is proposing changes to two rules: Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-37.2, Outpatient Hospital Reimbursement Rule, and 4123-6-37.3, Ambulatory Surgical Center Rule. Stakeholders are invited to comment by the close of business on Nov. 20 by emailing ProviderFeedBack@bwc.state.oh.us.
