An Essex County employee has been charged with insurance fraud for allegedly filing bogus claims for wage reimbursement and disability for work she purportedly missed due to motor vehicle accidents, according to the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
Fatu K. Rimbert, 31, of Perth Amboy, was charged with two counts of insurance fraud (second and third degree), two counts of impersonation (third degree) and theft by deception (third degree) in an indictment by a state grand jury in Trenton.
