Farm Labor Contractors Sentenced to 250 Days in Jail for Premium Fraud

The father-and-son owners of a Monterey County farm labor contracting business were sentenced to 250 days in jail and ordered to pay $382,951.59 in restitution after pleading guilty to four felony counts of insurance fraud.  Jaime Rosario Del Real, 61, and his son Israel Del Real, 37, owned Del Real Produce Packing.
