Florida's 1st District Court of Appeal on Tuesday handed down the second of two decisions in as many weeks limiting the ability of injured workers to obtain the statutory maximum advance on their claims.The court ruled that a flight attendant with a permanent partial disablement of her shoulder was not entitled to $2,000 to "cushion" her savings in anticipation of a "rainy day."
