Advocate for Alternative Plans Acting as Resource for Senator's Comp Option Bill

An organization launched to promote alternative workers’ compensation legislation nationwide confirmed Monday that it’s a player in Tennessee Sen. Mark Green’s plan to introduce legislation that would allow self-insured businesses the option of foregoing the state’s workers’ comp scheme. Green’s office told WorkCompCentral on Monday that the legislation is drafted, but not finalized yet.
