Sedgwick to Acquire Cunningham Lindsey

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire Cunningham Lindsey, a global loss adjusting, claims management and risk services firm. Cunningham Lindsey’s services include loss adjusting, third-party claims administration, global account management, forensic engineering, and restoration and repair consulting. The company was founded in 1923 as an insurance adjusting office in Ontario, Canada. Cunningham Lindsey has 6,000 workers in 600 offices across 60 countries.
